The role
As a junior production worker, you carry out a range of production tasks. You request the required raw materials and check them against the production order. Following the order, you prepare production batches in vats, paying attention to quality and quantity.
You set up and operate machines in different production departments. You submit product samples to Quality Control and carry out any recommended adjustments. You also remove finished products.
Work and schedule
Work is varied and carried out in small teams. You work with colleagues and have scope to handle your tasks independently. This is a full-time role; no shift pattern is specified.
