Assemble, inspect and test high-tech modules and systems in Almelo. Choose a day shift or a two-shift rota with a 20% shift premium. Permanent contract, profit sharing and €3,050–€4,200 gross per month.
The role
As an assembly worker, you will assemble and build high-tech modules and systems in Almelo, Overijssel. The products are used in sectors including semiconductors, medical technology and aerospace. You will work with colleagues and contribute to precise assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrotechnical components.
- Read and apply technical drawings, work instructions and product specifications.
- Carry out and record checks and measurements to ensure quality.
- Test, inspect and accurately adjust systems before delivery.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a more efficient assembly process.
Working hours
You can choose between a day shift and a two-shift rota.
- Day shift: flexible start between 07:00 and 09:00.
- Two-shift rota, week 1: Monday to Thursday, 05:45–14:30; Friday, 05:45–12:00.
- Two-shift rota, week 2: Monday to Thursday, 14:15–00:00; Friday, 11:45–17:45.
A 20% shift allowance applies to the two-shift rota.

- A completed technical vocational qualification at MBO level 3 or 4, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions and work carefully and accurately.
