The role
As a hands-on production team leader, you will guide a team of eight colleagues while also working on the production floor. In Oudkarspel, North Holland, you will make breaded snacks on several production lines.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor production progress and contribute ideas to make processes more efficient.
- Resolve minor stoppages and monitor safety, quality and hygiene.
- Support and motivate the team, and report deviations to the team leader.
Working hours
You will work 40 hours per week in a two-shift system. The early shift runs from 05:00 to 14:00 and the late shift from 14:00 to 23:00. An allowance applies to hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00.
What you bring
- You have a good command of Dutch.
- You have experience in a similar role and an interest in food production.
- You are comfortable working in a cool environment and in a two-shift system.
- No minimum level of education is required.
