Lead the team and work hands-on on the assembly line in Emmeloord, keeping production on track and safeguarding quality and safety. Variable shift schedule; €2,800–€3,800 gross per month based on full-time employment, plus a 13.3% two-shift allowance.
The role
As a hands-on production team leader, you play a key role on the shop floor. You carry out work on the assembly line while guiding the team. You monitor production orders, quality and efficiency, and help maintain a safe, tidy workplace. You also support different production subdepartments when needed.
You work closely with the technical department, logistics and quality control, and report to the production manager or assistant production manager.
Schedule and benefits
Your shift schedule varies. The allowance for two-shift work is 13.3%.
The salary is €2,800–€3,800 gross per month based on full-time employment.

What you bring
- MBO-level education and thinking skills.
- A technical background and experience in a similar role.
- Experience reading technical drawings and instructions.
- Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
- An eye for quality, a proactive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- A good command of Dutch.
