The role
At the client company in Tuk, Overijssel, you will be the link between the production floor and planning. You turn work orders into a well-organized production process and help maintain high quality. The role combines coordinating daily work with hands-on production.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate production activities and monitor the production plan.
- Work on standard and custom products as part of the metalworking process.
- Lead and motivate the production team, support collaboration and help increase output.
- Support daily planning and execution while keeping an eye on quality.
- Identify improvements to processes and working methods, and take initiative.

- A strong eye for quality and detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to guide, train and support colleagues.
- Metalworking experience is an advantage.
