Hands-on production foreperson role in Lieshout. Sort production materials and pallets, coordinate tasks and support colleagues. Day shift, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, 40 hours per week. Permanent contract and €16.34 gross per hour.
The role
As a hands-on production foreperson, you work alongside the team and coordinate colleagues. You assign tasks, guide and motivate the team, and help keep the production process running smoothly. You sort and remove production materials and pallets. You are a point of contact for the team and coordinate with the supervisor or operator when needed.
Hours and schedule
You work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30, on the day shift. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week. You can start immediately.
What you bring
- Experience as a production worker and the ability to guide colleagues.
- Education at VMBO/MBO level.
- A good command of Dutch.
- Full-time availability and the ability to start immediately.
- Physical strength and the ability to lift heavy items.
- Your own transport and an interest in working outdoors.
