A client company in Helmond is looking for a general production worker. You will support different production stages, follow work orders and safety procedures, and work rotating two-shift schedules. Full-time; salary €2,300–€2,700, excluding shift allowance.
The role
We are recruiting for a client company in Helmond. As a general production worker, you will learn about different departments and provide support where needed. You will carry out production and processing tasks according to work orders and specifications. Depending on the department, tasks may include material supply, sawing, bonding, machining, finishing and final inspection. You will follow procedures and machinery safety rules, record material use, deviations and hours worked, and contribute ideas to improve processes and quality. You will work as part of a team under the guidance of production supervisors.
Schedule and offer
- Full-time role in two rotating shifts.
- Salary is €2,300–€2,700, depending on experience and education; the shift allowance is paid on top.

What you bring
- MBO 3–4 work-and-thinking level.
- Several years of experience in manufacturing, construction, interior fit-out or carpentry and finishing work is preferred.
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Basic technical understanding; able to read work drawings and work accurately to precise dimensions in millimetres.
- Physically able to do heavier work, including lifting, twisting, walking and standing.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and motivated approach, with a sense of humour.
- A structured and accurate way of working, a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork.
- Clear verbal and written communication, and an interest in suggesting improvements.
- Knowledge of production processes and materials, or willingness to learn.
