The role
As a furniture disassembly and assembly worker, you work in a factory in Emmen with incoming furniture that is given a second life through cleaning, refurbishment or recycling. You work together with colleagues.
Your work
- Help unload incoming loads.
- Disassemble furniture so its parts can be processed in the appropriate area of the factory.
- Clean and sand furniture to prepare it for shipment.
- Reassemble the processed parts into a refurbished product.
- Make sure the finished furniture meets the quality requirements for circular furniture.
What you bring
- MBO-level work and thinking skills.
- A hands-on attitude, practical skills and a willingness to learn.
- An interest in sustainability and circularity.
- The ability to work well in a team and stand your ground with confidence.
- A good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Residence in Emmen or the surrounding area.
