Work in food production in Leidschendam, portioning, marinating and packing meat and vegetarian products. The role is 40 hours per week, usually on early weekday shifts, with weekend work possible during busy periods.
The role
At our client company in Leidschendam, you will work in production or in the packing department. Your duties include portioning, marinating and packing a range of meat products, including beef, lamb, poultry and venison, as well as vegetarian products. You will work with the team to ensure orders are ready on time.
Working hours
- 40 hours per week.
- The usual schedule is Monday to Friday, from 5:00 a.m. to around 3:00 p.m.; the finish time depends on workload.
- During busy periods, you may also work on Saturdays and Sundays. Flexibility with working days and hours is important.
What you bring
- MBO-level education and work-and-thinking skills.
- Excellent Dutch and English, both spoken and written; English is a requirement.
- Polish language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Comfort working in low-temperature conditions.
- Familiarity with food-safety and hygiene rules.
- Affinity with the food industry; experience in the meat sector is an advantage.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to keep an overview.
- Technical aptitude and machine knowledge are an advantage.
