Maak projectmatig bijzondere exposed-concrete producten: assemble moulds from drawings, position reinforcement and cast-in components, and pour the concrete. Day shift, 07:00–16:00, full-time, with a temporary contract and the possibility of permanent employment.
The role
As an exposed-concrete production worker, you make distinctive concrete products for a range of projects. You assemble moulds according to technical drawings, then use an overhead crane to position the reinforcement and cast-in components. After checking the mould, you pour the concrete. Working on different projects makes the work varied. The role is based at a factory in Uitwellingerga, Fryslân.
Hours and contract
You work day shifts from 07:00 to 16:00. This is a full-time role, starting with a temporary contract and the possibility of permanent employment. Pay is in line with the collective labour agreement for the concrete products industry.
What you bring
- Spatial awareness and technical understanding, with an eye for detail.
- A flexible, service-minded and enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability to work independently and safely as part of a team.
- A basic course in concrete execution, or willingness to complete one.
- An interest in the concrete products industry.
- A flexible approach rather than a strict 9-to-5 mindset.
- A sense of humour.
Training and development
If you have little or no experience with concrete, internal training is available, including training for exposed-concrete production work and mould making. Further courses are also offered. New starters begin with an e-learning module about concrete and how concrete products are made.
