The role
In this role, you will work hands-on in the production of prefabricated technical products while coordinating daily activities. You will allocate tasks, monitor progress and act as a point of contact on the shop floor. You will support colleagues and help onboard new team members.
You will coordinate priorities and relevant details with production planning and production management, identify bottlenecks and help find practical solutions. You will take part in production meetings and contribute to a safe, tidy and well-organized workplace. You will also suggest improvements to working methods, quality and efficiency.
The position is based in Ittervoort, Limburg.
What you bring
- Experience in a production environment, for example in metalworking, sheet-metal processing or the manufacture of prefabricated products.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand technical drawings and work instructions.
- The ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and guide colleagues constructively.
- A good command of Dutch and basic knowledge of English.
- A solution-oriented approach and an eye for opportunities to improve.
- Previous supervisory experience is not required.
