Join concrete-products production in Markelo on a day shift. Temporary contract, 38–50 hours per week and €1,923–€2,750 per month, depending on overtime.
The role
As a production worker at a concrete factory, you will help make concrete products. You will prepare moulds, work with concrete and support the finishing of the products.
What you'll do
- Fill empty moulds with concrete.
- Place filled moulds in racks and remove the products from them.
- Clean and oil the moulds, and clean the production machine.
- Prepare moulds by fitting reinforcement and cast-in components.
- Support the rest of the production process and finish the products.
Schedule and offer
- One-shift day schedule. The shift usually starts between 06:00 and 07:00 and ends between 15:00 and 16:00.
- Temporary contract, with the prospect of a permanent position if performance is good.
- 38–50 hours per week; flexibility to work overtime is required.
- Salary of €1,923–€2,750 per month, depending on the amount of overtime.
- Employment conditions follow the collective labour agreement for the concrete-products sector.
What you bring
- You are able to handle physically demanding work.
- You have forklift experience and a forklift certificate, and are confident operating a forklift truck.
- You can work independently and as part of a team, and are responsible and quality-conscious.
- You live within 30 km of the work location in Markelo and have your own transport to get there, such as a car, moped or bicycle.
- You are flexible with working hours and overtime, have a positive attitude and contribute to a good working atmosphere.
- Experience in the concrete-products industry is an advantage.
