The role
Our client company in Hapert is looking for a production worker. You will make composite components, with much of the work done by hand. Many of the materials you work with are produced in-house. You will follow production orders and work instructions. Internal training is provided, so previous experience with composites is not required.
What you’ll do
- Make composite components according to production orders and work instructions.
- Inspect components for quality.
- Identify deviations in the production process.
- Record production data.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area.
What you bring
- VMBO or MBO education level.
- Technical aptitude and a hands-on approach.
- An accurate working style and a focus on quality.
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage.
- A good command of Dutch or English.
- A proactive, team-oriented and results-focused approach.
- Full-time availability and your own transport.
