Make and inspect high-quality composite components in Hapert, with much of the work done by hand. Permanent contract, 32–40 hours per week and €2,800–€3,350 gross per month on a full-time basis.
The role
At a production site in Hapert, North Brabant, you will make high-quality composite components, including parts made from carbon- and glass-fibre-reinforced plastics. Much of the work is carried out by hand. No experience with composites is required; in-house training is provided. The components are made for a range of technical applications. You will work as part of an open, informal team.

- Follow production orders and work instructions
- Produce and inspect high-quality composite components
- Identify deviations in the production process
- Record production data
- Maintain a safe, tidy work area
What you bring
- Education at VMBO or MBO level
- Technical aptitude and a practical, hands-on approach
- An accurate way of working and a strong focus on quality
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Availability for full-time work and your own transport
- A proactive, team-oriented and results-focused approach
