At our client company in Sevenum, you will assemble components into complete machines and set-ups. The work includes alignment, measurement, adjustment and functional checks. Practical assembly experience, technical drawing skills and at least a technical MBO qualification are required.
The role
At our client company in Sevenum, you assemble parts into complete machines and set-ups. You check that the required parts and auxiliary materials are available in the correct quantities and quality.
- You position, align and assemble components, making parts fit where needed.
- You take measurements using tools such as a spirit level, micrometer, tape measure and caliper.
- You set up and adjust machines or their components, then check that they function correctly.
- For overhaul work, you dismantle machines and installations and record the assembly sequence when needed.
- You mechanically build a complete set-up for customer acceptance. You also carry out coding for a full project based on a P&ID.
