The role
In a workshop in Raalte, you work with a team to assemble sustainable cooling and ventilation systems. Your work combines hands-on assembly, quality checks and preparing finished systems for dispatch.
- Assemble sheet-metal parts using pop rivets and screws.
- Apply sealant and sealing tape to create seals.
- Check that all parts are fitted correctly and neatly.
- Wire, connect and test electrical components.
- Label the systems and prepare them for shipment.
Working hours
You work day shifts only; there are no night shifts.
What you bring
- Experience in assembly, installation, manufacturing or technical work is an advantage; beginners who want to learn are also welcome.
- You enjoy hands-on work and have technical aptitude.
- You work carefully, pay attention to quality, and work neatly and safely.
- You enjoy working with others and are motivated to learn new things.

- Gross pay of €2,850–€3,025 per month.
- A temporary one-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract if you perform well.
