The role
As an assembly worker at a client company in Almelo, you help build installations for bakeries and the food industry. You connect pipe sections, fit sheet-metal parts and assemble complex machine components. Working from (digital) drawings, you check that all parts are present and fit correctly. This helps field-service colleagues build complete machines and production lines at customer sites worldwide.
You enjoy working with a motivated team and are also comfortable taking on a task independently. Attention to detail and the ability to spot deviations are important.
What you bring
- An MBO level 3 qualification in Mechatronics, or demonstrable work experience at an equivalent level.
- TIG welding experience is an advantage.
- You enjoy collaborating, take initiative and contribute ideas for improvements.
- You have a keen eye for detail and can identify deviations.

Assembly can be a starting point for further development. Colleagues have moved from assembly into service roles or field teams that install and hand over production lines worldwide. There may also be opportunities to support other departments.
