The role
You assemble technical products from start to finish and carry out product qualification. Around half of your work takes place in a cleanroom. Tasks include bonding, soldering, fastening, measuring, inspecting and recording process data. You work independently within a self-managed team and can organise your tasks flexibly. If needed, internal training will help you become a specialist in assembling technical products.

- Experience is desirable, but not required.
- A steady hand and good fine motor skills.
- Patience and motivation to learn the trade step by step.
