The role
As an assembly worker, you will work in the assembly department under a team leader. You will assemble machinery and make the electrical connections. The machinery is used in greenhouse horticulture, including for harvesting, crop care, transport and product processing. You will complete work orders efficiently, with quality as a priority. The work location is De Lier, South Holland.
Responsibilities
- Assemble machinery and connect it electrically.
- Carry out work orders using drawings and instructions.
- Use a range of machines, tools and other equipment correctly.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and safety, and follow workplace instructions.
What you bring
- MBO-level work and thinking ability (Dutch vocational education level).
- A completed technical qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in assembly or electrical engineering is an advantage.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An interest in greenhouse horticulture.
