Assemble technical products in Eindhoven using work instructions and drawings. The role offers a day shift with two schedule options, quality checks and test-result logging. Technical affinity matters; a relevant vocational diploma is a plus, not a requirement.
The role
As part of a team, you assemble components for a range of technical products. You carry out your tasks independently, following clear work instructions and drawings. You perform in-process checks, record test results and help pack the finished products.
Working hours
This is a day-shift role, with a choice of two day-shift schedules. You finish early on Fridays, so the weekend starts early in the afternoon.
What you bring
- You have an interest in technology and enjoy working with your hands.
- You are keen to learn and develop, and enthusiastic about the work.
- An MBO diploma in metalworking or mechanical engineering is an advantage, but not required.
- You check your own work carefully and take initiative.
- You are proactive and motivated, and contribute to good teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
- You can both receive and give feedback.
What is offered
- A good salary in line with the Metalektro collective labour agreement.
- 27.6 days of annual leave per calendar year and an 8% holiday allowance based on your annual salary.
- The option to purchase additional days of leave.
- An informal working atmosphere, supportive colleagues and room to take responsibility, contribute ideas and develop.
- A thorough induction with practical workplace mentors and a buddy system.
- Opportunities to grow within the department and across the organisation.
- An active staff association with outings, small gifts and other activities.
- A work-based BBL learning pathway can be discussed if you prefer to learn on the job.
