The role
As an Assembly Test Operator, you assemble mechanical and electrical components to specifications. In Veldhoven, you work on finished products and service assemblies, including modules, prototypes, complete machines and customer-specific lines.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components and ensure correct fitting and connections.
- Carry out visual and functional inspections and test products.
- Connect electrical components and carry out electrical and gas-related checks.
- Identify and independently resolve technical faults during assembly and testing.
- Pack equipment, prepare it for shipment and ensure correct delivery.
The work mix is approximately 60% modules and prototypes, 30% complete machines and 10% customer-specific lines. The tasks are about 50% mechanical, 30% electrical and 20% testing and adjustment.
