- Carry out measurements and quality checks, then release products for subsequent operations.
- Guide products through the production process and promptly record deviations in the system and report them to the team leader.
- Tackle assembly difficulties proactively and implement practical solutions to keep production safe and efficient.
- Support and coach junior assembly technicians and work-based vocational trainees, sharing knowledge with the team.
