After a thorough onboarding, you will learn the processes and assemble technical components with colleagues on a largely automated production line in Hapert. You will work accurately, collaborate with the quality team, and report any potential deviations.

The role is 40 hours per week on a rotating three-shift schedule. The shift allowance is 25%, and the contract is permanent.
What you bring
- A technical education at VMBO/MBO level.
- Relevant experience as an assembly technician or in a comparable role.
- Willingness to work rotating three shifts.
- Excellent command of Dutch or English.
- Good technical insight; production or assembly experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and an accurate approach to work.
- The ability to work well both in a team and independently.
