The role
As an assembly team leader, you will work as a hands-on foreperson on a new production line for milking robots in Vleuten. You will spend about half your time on personnel matters and the other half on technical tasks. You will work on the assembly line and support the assemblers on your team.
You are the team’s point of contact for matters such as time-off requests, sickness reporting, personal development and technical challenges. Together, you ensure the milking robots are assembled to specification and that a high-quality finished product is shipped to the customer on time. You spot technical improvements, discuss them with the production manager and then implement them.
