The role
Our client company in Valkenswaard, North Brabant, is looking for an all-round production worker. You will take part in the full production process, turning aluminium sections into finished roller shutters, sliding shutters and roll-up tarpaulins for transport and industry.
What you will do
- You will saw and mill aluminium sections accurately to size.
- You will assemble roller and sliding shutters from individual components into finished products.
- You will check dimensions, operation and finish.
- You will carefully pack finished products and prepare them for the customer.
- You will suggest improvements to products and production processes.
- You will take responsibility for your own work and work with colleagues to ensure a quality end product.
What you will bring
- Technical aptitude and motivation, and an interest in practical, hands-on work.
- A careful approach and attention to quality.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work with others and independently.
- The ability to learn quickly and a desire to develop.
- Experience in production or assembly is an advantage, but not essential.
