Learn metalworking on the job at a production site in Rijssen. Work with stainless-steel components and train in grinding, machinery, cleanroom tasks or surface treatment. Start on the day shift; after training, a two-shift schedule is preferred.
The role
At our client company in Rijssen, you will work with stainless-steel components and constructions. Your tasks will depend on your strengths and the current production needs. The work may involve hand finishing, machinery, cleanroom tasks or surface treatment.
- Manually grind and polish stainless-steel parts and constructions, carefully finishing the surfaces.
- Set up and operate grinding or processing machinery, monitor the process and check the results.
- Clean, inspect, assemble and package components in a cleanroom, following set procedures.
- Treat stainless-steel parts in a blasting cabinet to achieve an even finish.
Training and shifts
You will start with an onboarding and training period on the day shift. You will learn about the machines and processes alongside experienced colleagues. Once you are sufficiently trained, the preferred schedule is a two-shift system.
