The role
At a client company in Nieuwkuijk, you'll join a small, close-knit team producing soups, sauces and meal components packed in stand-up pouches. As an all-round production worker, you'll support the production process and help where needed. You'll receive on-the-job training at several workstations: the cooking station, the filling station and the autoclave, where products are heated and made shelf-stable.
Your work
- Help with product changeovers and with setting up and starting machines.
- Carry out process and quality checks.
- Clean machines and work areas and keep the workplace tidy and safe.
- Work with the operator to help troubleshoot faults.
- Follow recipes and set process steps, focusing on quality, hygiene and food safety.
- Gradually learn to carry out more tasks independently.
Working hours
You work full-time in a rotating three-shift system. The stated work period runs from Monday until 12:00 on Saturday; the exact Monday start time is not provided.
What you bring
- Relevant experience in a production environment.
- Motivation and a willingness to work.

- Eagerness to learn, openness to new tasks, and a willingness to ask questions and observe actively on the shop floor.
- Experience in the food industry and technical aptitude are an advantage.
