The role
At our client company in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, you will work as an all-round production worker. After internal training, you will be able to work independently across different production lines.
You will accurately weigh and dose raw materials in the correct sequence according to the recipe, then mix them in line with work instructions. Monitor product quality throughout the process; the quality control department carries out the final inspection.
You will fill the product into tins, buckets or bags, seal the packages carefully, apply the correct labels and stack them on pallets.
You will also keep machinery, production lines and the factory clean. Clean mixing vessels, identify and resolve minor process disruptions, and keep the factory tidy using the 5S method. Work with your team to apply lean methods and make improvements that increase efficiency.
