The role
At a client company in Zwolle, you will work as an all-round production worker in a coffee production environment. You will support different parts of the process, from roasting and packing coffee to dispatch tasks. You will help wherever needed and work with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Support the roasting and packing of coffee.
- Operate simple production machines and packaging lines when required.
- Check packaging, labels and codes, carry out quality checks and flag deviations.
- Put materials and products in the right place, replenish stock, and pick and prepare orders.
- Help load and unload goods.
- Keep work and storage areas tidy and carry out cleaning tasks.
- Help with other production or dispatch duties as needed.
What you bring
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to spot what needs doing and take it on independently.
- Careful, accurate working habits and an eye for quality and safety.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team; you are enthusiastic, flexible and reliable.
- A willingness to get dirty and take on a variety of production and dispatch tasks.
- Experience in production, a warehouse or a food environment is an advantage, but not essential. Motivation and the right attitude to work matter just as much.
- A forklift or reach truck certificate is an advantage. If you do not have one, options for obtaining it can be discussed.
