Daytime production work in Oud-Beijerland, supporting plastics processing, replenishing materials, and preparing and packing orders. 38 hours per week; gross pay of €2,641.39–€2,856.53 per month.
The role
As an all-round production operative, you will join a small, stable team at our client company in Oud-Beijerland, Zuid-Holland. You will support plastics production and help keep production tasks and orders moving.
Your work includes replenishing raw materials, preparing production, checking and packing products, and getting orders ready for dispatch. You will also grind plastic material and keep the area around the machines clean. You will coordinate tasks with colleagues in production and dispatch and follow a largely fixed task list.
Hours and schedule
You will work 38 hours per week during the day on a largely fixed schedule. In the morning, you help clear up after overnight production and pack the products. Later in the day, you replenish materials and prepare the next production run. Most tasks are carried out independently.
What you bring
- Relevant experience as a production or logistics worker.
- The ability to work independently and in a structured, proactive way, following task lists carefully.
- The physical ability to do active work, walk frequently and lift 25 kg bags.
- The ability to speak and read Dutch well.
- A positive, good-humoured approach and willingness to contribute to the team.
