A 36-hour role in food production in Heerenveen, covering processing, quality checks, packing and dispatch preparation. Mainly day shifts, with one evening-shift week per month on average. Gross pay: €2,793–€3,424 per month, excluding allowances.
The role
As an all-round production and logistics worker, you will support several stages of a food production process at our client company in Heerenveen. You will help process, inspect, pack and prepare products for dispatch, combining manual tasks with work on automated production lines.
Your responsibilities
- Process and pack products manually and on automated lines.
- Label products and carry out visual final checks.
- Enter production data into an ERP system.
- Prepare products for dispatch and support order picking.
- Clean machinery, equipment and work areas, helping maintain a safe, hygienic workplace.
Working hours
You work 36 hours per week. The day shift runs from 07:00 to 16:00. On average, you work one week per month on the evening shift, from 14:00 to 22:00. You have one additional weekday off every two weeks.
What you bring
- Experience in a logistics or production environment.
- The ability to work independently, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A practical attitude and an interest in food products and production processes.
- Flexibility to work day and evening shifts.
- A good command of Dutch.
What we offer
This is a temporary contract, with the prospect of permanent employment subject to good performance.
- Gross monthly salary of €2,793–€3,424 based on a 36-hour week, excluding allowances.
- Evening-shift allowance of 34.2%.
- Year-end payment equal to 5% of your annual salary.
