Handle greenhouse plants from potting through quality checks and preparation for sale at our client company in Bleiswijk. Work 16–38 hours a week, including Mondays and Tuesdays. Gross monthly pay: €2,300–€2,900 based on 38 hours.
The role
At our client company in the greenhouse horticulture sector in Bleiswijk, South Holland, you will work across the plant production process, from potting to preparing plants for sale. You will pot up cuttings and space the plants out so they have enough room to grow. Once they reach the right size, you will check their quality and add a label, sticker and sleeve. The plants are then ready for sale and delivery.
If the production system encounters a fault, you will help resolve it quickly so work can continue. If you have a crop-protection spraying licence, or are willing to obtain one, your duties will also include chemical and/or biological crop-protection work.
