The role
At our client company in Nieuwegein, you will work as an all-round production worker in glass manufacturing. You will take part in several stages of the production process and work with colleagues to make quality products.
Your responsibilities
- Process glass, including cutting and finishing it.
- Operate and set up semi-automatic and automatic machines.
- Carry out quality checks on glass products.
- Pack products and prepare them for dispatch.
- Move glass within the workplace using handling aids.
- Keep the work area safe, clean and organised.
- Support colleagues and work flexibly across production tasks.
What you bring
- VMBO-level practical education, preferably in warehousing or technology.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to spot what needs doing, work at a good pace and keep safety in mind.
- A hands-on approach and careful, tidy working habits.
- Experience in glass or production is an advantage, but not required.
- Dutch language skills, spoken and written.
