Senior QA opportunity in Uithoorn. You will oversee production-order and batch release, quality documentation, deviations, CAPAs and complaints, while supporting audits and continuous improvement. 40 hours; salary €4,500–€5,250, depending on knowledge and experience.
The role
As a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at our client company in Uithoorn, Noord-Holland, you are responsible for the final checks and release of production orders and batches. You ensure the associated quality documentation is processed accurately and on time, and prepare and issue quality documentation and certificates for finished products.
- Record, monitor and follow up quality indicators (deviations, CAPAs and complaints) using periodic reports, and suggest improvements to keep them under control.
- Provide expert support to other departments in resolving complaints, deviations and CAPAs.
- Ensure the proper archiving of quality-related documents, certificates and records.
- Prepare and review questionnaires, QTA and NDA documents.
- Maintain customer contact on quality matters and support internal and external customer audits in close coordination with process owners.
- Maintain supplier qualifications, follow up on supplier change notifications and participate in supplier audits.
- Review and approve validation, qualification and maintenance documentation.
- Act as the internal point of contact for the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements.

What you bring
- A higher professional (HBO+) work-and-thinking level.
- At least five years of experience in an ISO 9001 environment and at least five years in QA/QC roles in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GMP, Life Sciences experience and a background in microbiology are advantages.
- A risk-based approach to thinking and working.

- Good spoken and written Dutch and English.
