QA Officer role in Lelystad reviewing production records, monitoring quality-system activities, conducting audits and supporting batch release. One-year fixed-term contract, market-rate pay and a good pension plan.
The role
As a QA Officer, you will report to the QA Lead and contribute to the management and continuous improvement of the quality management system. You will review production documentation and support product batch release. The role is based in Lelystad, Flevoland.
Responsibilities
- Review production documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with the quality management system.
- Independently manage and monitor quality-system activities related to documentation, qualifications, deviations and changes.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as a co-auditor.
- Release raw materials and starting materials.
- Archive documents according to procedure and support the QA Lead with batch release.
- Initiate and facilitate quality-improvement projects, and carry them out when necessary.
- Act as administrator for the e-QMS application.
What you bring
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or (bio)chemistry.
- Experience working in accordance with a quality management system; GMP experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge and a good understanding of lean mechanisms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
- An accurate, thorough and decisive approach, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
