The role
As a QA Officer, you will join the quality assurance team at a client company in Gemert that operates in the medical-device sector. You will help maintain and improve the quality management system (QMS), working with different departments to support product quality and compliance with relevant quality and regulatory requirements.
What you will do
- Support QMS maintenance and improvement, including deviation management, the CAPA process, complaints and related records, and document control.
- Approve suppliers and review supplier documentation.
- Check batch documentation and release batches to market.
- Develop and deliver validation documentation for (semi-)automated processes.
- Assist with external audits.
- Prepare KPI reports and conduct trend analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Carry out quality improvement projects and contribute to product safety and a strong quality culture.
What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability; a relevant educational background is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality role.
- Experience in a controlled environment is an advantage, for example in the food, medical-device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
- You are proactive, results-oriented and analytical, and can work independently and as part of a team. You pay close attention to detail and have strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
