Work full-time in Waalwijk as a warehouse worker. Receive and check goods, pick materials for projects and keep the warehouse safe and organised. A forklift certificate is an advantage, or you can obtain one.
The role
You will work full-time as a warehouse worker at our client company in Waalwijk, Noord-Brabant. You will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse and make sure project teams and technicians working on site have the right materials, parts and tools. You will work with the warehouse manager and colleagues from different teams. The role is practical and varied.
What you will do
- Unload and receive incoming goods.
- Check deliveries and delivery notes, including the items and quantities.
- Record materials and store them in the right place.
- Pick materials for projects and prepare and pack outgoing goods.
- Help load and unload deliveries.
- Support stock checks and manage and issue tools.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised, and report damage or discrepancies.
What you bring
- MBO-level work and thinking skills.
- An accurate, organised approach and care when handling materials and tools.
- A practical attitude and an active approach to physical work.
- The ability to work independently and with colleagues; reliability and a commitment to keeping agreements.
- An awareness of safety and order.
- Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage; you can also obtain one if you are willing to do so.
- An interest in technology, a good attitude to work and a willingness to learn.
