The role
As a warehouse worker, you pick grocery orders. You work at a station in the warehouse, where products arrive automatically. A screen shows which items to pick. Place ambient and chilled goods in the correct crate and prepare the crates for dispatch.
Schedule and hours
You must be available for 16–40 hours per week. Shifts are 8 hours long. Choose a fixed schedule of 4–5 shifts per week, with shifts in the same part of the day, or a flexible schedule. With a flexible schedule, submit your availability every Sunday. You must be available on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). The schedule includes night and weekend shifts; two additional hours are paid for a night shift.
What you bring
- Long-term availability, an energetic approach and a team-oriented attitude.
- A willingness to do physical work and work in a chilled room at 2–4 °C.
- A basic command of Dutch or English.
- A valid Dutch citizen service number (BSN) and appropriate work status: EU nationality, or a valid work permit if you are a non-EU national.
- No experience is required; full training is provided when you start.
What is offered
- €16.19 per hour, including holiday allowance, regardless of age.

- Travel costs are reimbursed when the one-way distance from home to the work location is more than 10 km: €0.21 per km, up to 40 km each way (80 km return per day).
- The role is intended for long-term work, with the possibility of progressing to a supervisory role and the prospect of a permanent contract.
