The role
At our client company in Bergen op Zoom, North Brabant, you will combine warehouse work with service-advisor duties at the workshop reception. You will be the link between the warehouse, workshop, service desk and customers.
Your responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and put away incoming car parts.
- Prepare parts for mechanics and external customers or repairers.
- Check stock, flag shortages and help keep the warehouse tidy and efficient.
- Answer mechanics' and customers' questions about parts and accessories at the counter and by phone.
- Process returns, delivery notes and orders in the system.
- Welcome customers, answer calls and questions, and schedule workshop appointments efficiently.
What you bring
- A proactive and flexible approach.
- An interest in cars and technology.
- Experience in the automotive sector, a warehouse environment or service advising is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills, with an interest in alternating customer contact and warehouse work.
- Accuracy, the ability to maintain an overview, and the ability to switch quickly between tasks.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems.
Working conditions
