Hands-on warehouse work in Weert: manually build and adjust pallets, check, pack and scan goods. Shifts vary, and warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
The role
At our client company in Weert, Limburg, you will process goods and prepare them for storage or transport. This is an active, physical role with plenty of movement. You will work independently while also supporting the warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Manually stack and restack products and build pallets.
- Adjust pallets to the required quantities and product combinations.
- Check products and pallets for quantities, quality and possible damage.
- Pack, shrink-wrap and label pallets for storage or transport.
- Use handheld scanners and digital scanning systems to accurately record goods movements.
- Sort and move pallets and materials, and help with other warehouse tasks.
- Keep the work area clean, safe and orderly.
Working hours
You should be flexible and willing to work varying shifts. Exact shift times and weekly hours are not specified.
What you bring
- Preferably, experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Experience with pallet work, including stacking, restacking and handling products.
- Ability to use handheld scanners or digital scanning systems.
- Physical ability to lift, move and stack items regularly.
- An accurate working style and a good work pace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sufficient Dutch and/or English to understand work instructions.
- Forklift or reach-truck experience, or a valid certificate, is an advantage.
What is offered
Pay is based on the Dutch collective labour agreement for professional goods transport and depends on job classification and experience; no specific amount is provided. The role offers varied work with engaged colleagues and direct communication.

- 24 days of annual leave and 3.5 additional days off per year on a full-time basis. Additional leave may be available depending on age or length of service.
