The role
Our client company is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in Roosendaal, Noord-Brabant. In this full-time role, you will help ensure the department operates effectively and lead warehouse employees. You will report to your supervisor and take on various duties during their absence or leave.
Responsibilities
- Put the department plan into practice and promote effective communication and collaboration within and beyond the department.
- Improve productivity and efficiency, minimize errors and shorten lead times.
- Propose changes to work methods and procedures to improve service and increase internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and contribute to continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Working and thinking level equivalent to Dutch MBO (intermediate vocational level), good knowledge of logistics operations and experience with logistics processes.
- Experience managing warehouse employees and good knowledge of warehouse management systems; PKMS knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written command of Dutch and English.
- Experience implementing ISO 9001 quality procedures.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.

- Willingness to work various shifts and overtime during peak periods.
