The role
In Boxmeer, you will lead a small warehouse team and keep the logistics order process running smoothly. The team supports production orders, replenishes stock for colleagues working in the field and prepares completed orders for dispatch. As a hands-on team leader, you step in when needed.

- Improve warehouse processes and planning, focusing on efficiency and opportunities to use new techniques and work methods.
- Lead, train and coach team members.
- Monitor safety and quality.
- Work with other departments on improvements that span multiple areas.
What you bring
- A completed MBO level 4 vocational qualification in logistics.
- Several years of relevant work experience; experience with different work methods is an advantage.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage.
- You are optimistic, proactive and hands-on, enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated to develop the department further.

Employment conditions
