Lead a warehouse team and day-to-day operations in Crick. This permanent, full-time role runs Sunday to Thursday, 08:00–16:00, with flexibility during peak periods. Pay is up to £2,750 per month, plus a shift allowance.
The role
As a Warehouse Team Leader at our client company, you will be responsible for an assigned warehouse area. You will coordinate its daily operations and team, maintain client relationships, and plan staffing, equipment and activities for your shift. You will help foster a safe working culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team and workflow in your assigned area.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Support colleagues' development through coaching and feedback.
- Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management in line with the client company's policies.
What you bring
- Leadership experience and experience managing teams.
- Experience in logistics, retail or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- An accurate, quality-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Respectful communication and the ability to encourage team engagement.
- Automation experience is an advantage.
- The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
- Flexibility during peak periods.
Schedule and offer

Pay is up to £2,750 per month, depending on skills and experience, plus a shift allowance.
