Lead a designated warehouse area for our client company in Crick, coordinating people, workflow, planning and safety. Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00; salary up to £2,750 per month.
The role
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will oversee an assigned warehouse area, including daily operations, the team and coordination with the client. You will plan staffing, equipment and activities for the shift and help maintain a safe working environment.
You will also support the development of individual team members and the wider team.
Responsibilities
- Lead staff and coordinate workflow in your designated area.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Coach team members and provide feedback.
- Support performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management in line with company policy.
- Work accurately, maintain quality and encourage continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail or e-commerce.
- Experience managing teams.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- An accurate, quality-focused approach and an interest in continuous improvement.
- Respectful communication skills and the ability to engage a team.
- Automation experience is highly desirable.
- Flexibility during peak periods.
- You must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Schedule and contract
- Permanent, full-time position.
