The role
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for our client company in Corby. You will be responsible for an assigned warehouse area, overseeing its daily operations and leading the team. You will maintain client relationships, proactively plan staffing, equipment and shift activities, and promote safe working practices.
You will support team development through coaching and feedback. You will also assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management in line with policy. You will monitor team performance against KPIs for productivity, accuracy and service levels, drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
Working hours and offer
This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 08:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00, rotating every two weeks. Flexibility is required during peak periods.
The annual salary is up to £31,094.71, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Experience with automation is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and flexibility during peak periods.
