Full-time, 40-hour warehouse role in Amsterdam on a day shift from 07:30 to 16:00. Handle goods, assist with loading and unloading, and help keep work areas safe and tidy. Salary indication: €2,600–€3,400 per month.
The role
At our client company in Amsterdam, you will work in the warehouses and across the terminal grounds. Together with the operations team, you will handle goods as they are received, stored and dispatched. You will coordinate with office staff to support accurate administrative processing.
- Load and unload ships and trucks.
- Move cargo around the terminal grounds.
- Assist with bagging and re-bagging goods.
- Operate conveyor belts used to move bulk goods.
- Spot discrepancies and unsafe situations.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy.
- Carry out minor maintenance on transport equipment and support the efficient handling of ships.
What you bring
- No specific prior education is required; you will learn the work in practice.
- Some knowledge of English.
- A forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- A responsible and accurate approach.
- Team spirit and an energetic, hands-on attitude.
- Experience is an advantage.
Hours and offer
