Combine warehouse work with customer service at the counter in Zwolle. You will process goods and orders and check shipments. This is a full-time role with rotating Saturday work. Salary: €2,650–€3,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
The role
As a warehouse operative in Zwolle, you will work both in the warehouse and at the service counter. You will process incoming goods, store them in an orderly way, and prepare orders for collection or dispatch. At the counter, you will answer customer questions, process orders and support sales.
You will check shipments for completeness and quality, enter orders into the system and handle related communication. You will also help with larger orders and contribute to improving logistics processes. You may occasionally help lift heavier items. You will help maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Schedule
This is a full-time role, with Saturday work on a rotating basis.
What you bring
- A working and thinking level comparable to MBO, in a logistics, technical or commercial field.
- Experience with customer contact and using a PC.
- A category B driving licence.
- An accurate, flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.
