In this Rotterdam warehouse role, you will receive and check goods, manage stock and prepare orders for dispatch. Two years of similar experience, logistics training, and forklift and stacker certificates are required.
The role
You will work in a warehouse in Rotterdam and support the daily flow of goods, from receiving and inspecting deliveries to preparing outgoing shipments.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and completeness.
- Process incoming deliveries, handle documentation and label goods.
- Organise stock and keep it safely stored and accessible.
- Pick, pack and label goods for outgoing shipments.
- Carry out regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies and help resolve them.
- Work with colleagues to handle urgent requests and process orders on time.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised and follow safety and quality standards.
What you bring
- Two years' experience in a similar role.
- Vocational training in logistics.
- The ability to speak Dutch.
- Forklift and stacker certificates.
- Your own transport.
- A VCA certificate and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision are an advantage.
- A results-oriented, independent and proactive approach, and the ability to work as part of a team.
