Work 16–18 hours per week in a production setting in Rotterdam. You will check and store goods, prepare orders for dispatch and deliver parcels by bicycle within the city. Attention to detail and physical fitness are important.
The role
You will work in the warehouse of our client company in Rotterdam, storing incoming goods and carefully preparing outgoing orders. The work takes place in a small-scale production environment.
Responsibilities
- Label, sticker and pack products.
- Pick orders: select the correct products and carton size, check product quality and best-before dates, process packing slips and create shipping labels.
- Sort goods, keep stock records up to date, and store and move items in crates, boxes and on pallets.
- Stack pallets correctly and move goods with a stacker; no certificate is required to use this equipment.
- Load and unload freight, and keep the warehouse tidy and clean.
- Deliver parcels by bicycle within Rotterdam.
Hours and start
The role is for 16–18 hours per week. Mondays and Tuesdays are preferred working days. The start is by agreement, preferably at short notice.
