The role
The role is based in Rotterdam, South Holland. As a warehouse operative, you keep the warehouse organized and efficient. You receive deliveries, check goods and put them in the right place. You pick customer orders and make sure they are dispatched on time or made ready. You also monitor stock and help maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
Alongside warehouse duties, you assist customers in the store and offer advice. You work with the team, help maintain a safe workplace and train colleagues in safe working practices. You use current tools and systems, contribute ideas and adapt to changes.
Schedule
The flexible schedule includes weekend shifts and possibly late evening shifts. Attention is given to maintaining a good work-life balance.
